Business Process Re-engineering Lead

Reports to: 
Portfolio Manager Process Optimization
Supervision given to: 
Business Process Re- engineering Analysts
Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Consults with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to guide the documentation and mapping of business processes
2. Reviews shortcomings and constraints to operational efficiency in the digital system and bottlenecks in each process identified
3. Leads the analysis of business processes and organisation structure using appropriate business processing methods and tools
4. Identifies process improvement opportunities
5. Provides detailed recommendations on business practices and improvements based on the mapping design with a focus on increased digital harmonization, improved effectiveness and overall efficiency
6. Interacts with all levels of management to facilitate process improvement and reengineering of processes
7. Performs other related duties as required

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
1. High demand, high risk, project based work environment.

Minimum Experience and Training: 

Academic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management or Social Science, from a recognised University.
2.Specialized certification in Business Process Management.
3.Post graduate qualifications would be an asset.

Minimum Training and Experience:
1. Eight to Ten (8-10) years experience managing project teams in a high quality project driven environment.
2. Four to Five (4-5) years operating at a supervisory level.
3. Four to Five (4-5) years experience in the management of process reengineering, documenting and reviewing complex business process.
4. Demonstrated experience reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department.
